Following a recent kickoff event at Santa Monica Library, Solar Santa Monica’s City-sponsored program to introduce Santa Monica residents to Energy Upgrade California is now underway, with a tour through Santa Monica’s neighborhood associations over the coming weeks. Representatives of Solar Santa Monica and Energy Upgrade California will be attending a series of neighborhood association meetings to provide information for Santa Monica homeowners about the latest home energy efficiency rebates and solar incentives.
