L.A. County renews $600,000 for South Bay homeless services

The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors has pledged $600,000 to continue funding outreach services for the South Bay and Harbor Area’s growing homeless population.

This week, District 4 Supervisor Janice Hahn and District 2 Supervisor Mark Ridley-Thomas allocated $350,000 and $251,000, respectively, to cover the South Bay Cities Council of Governments’ contract with People Assisting the Homeless.
