Kids on Stage Presents The Wizard of Oz

Kids on Stage is celebrating 25 years as a premier Performing Arts Education provider in the community, featuring performances of THE WIZARD OF OZ and THE ARABIAN LAMP by actors from four to seventeen years old.

The shows will be performed at The Kids On Stage Theater located at 2627 Pico Blvd. in Santa Monica.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for kids 16 and under.  Lap sitters (2 and under) are free.

Kids on Stage Presents The Wizard of Oz. It all begins when Dorothy and her dog Toto are blown away in a tornado to Munchkinland. Together with her friends the Scarecrow, Tin Man, and the Cowardly Lion, Dorothy and Toto travel along the Yellow Brick Road seeking the Wizard of Oz. The Good Witch with her adorable munchkins, and the Naughty Witch with a band of comedian monkeys, make for a happy laugh-filled adventure! Our Imagination Theater and Musical Theater Classes each bring their own adaptation to the stage making each show unique and a delight for all ages!

Suitable for audience ages 3 and older.

Teens On Stage Present “The Arabian Lamp”. Our story begins in the city of Agrabah that is filled with secrets, mysteries, and magic. Every turn holds a surprise and every alley contains a wonder. Aladdin, a street urchin discovers a Magic Lamp, which releases a wild and wacky Genie. Aladdin asks the Genie to make him a prince so he can marry the Sultan’s beautiful daughter. But, the Sultan’s evil Vizier, Jafar, has other plans for the Genie and the Princess. With help from a rich cast of characters, Aladdin learns that the best way to win the Princess’s love is to be himself …but will he realize it too late? The Teen Master Troupe brings their own adaptation to the stage making this show unique and a delight for all ages!
